AEM Forms OSGi + Analytics

Hi guys,

Has anyone here already successfully integrated AEM (6.4) Forms OSGi with Analytics? I followed the guide here:

Adobe Experience Manager Help | Configuring analytics and reports

When I get to the last step and click on Enable Analytics on the selected form, I can't see where the connection is made between the Form and the Analytics framework created in one of the previous steps.

Am I missing anything here?
