Hi All,
Our team is trying to integrate email templates built in AEM with Silverpop Engage by following instructions provided here (https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-2/administer/integration/third-party-services/silverpop.html). While the text makes it way to Silverpop when we publish the templates out from AEM to Silverpop, the images have not made it through and we cant figure out why. The images from our DAM are part of the template and we also have the "Embed Resources" checkbox checked in the configuration for "Day CQ Mailing WebPage Email Template Factory" . The only way to currently make this work is to import those images in Silverpop first, adding them to the template there and then sending it out for distribution. Is there a simple setting we might be missing ? or could it be that our firewalls on the dev environment prevent the export of the images to Silverpop?
Also, fyi, we are going from our dev instance of AEM to the dev environment for Silverpop Engage.
Will appreciate any one's help on this
