Hi All,
We are using AEM6.1SP1 and we have a lot of versions under /jcr:system/jcr:versionStorage for pages which were removed some time ago.
It's affect server performance.
Why aem stores versions for deleted pages?
E.g.
1. Created page /content/geometrixx-outdoors/en/men/coats
2. Created versions for this page
3. Page removed
4. Version purge tasks was executed
5. Offline compaction was executed
Versions for this page still exists under /jcr:system/jcr:versionStorage/...
Is it expected behavior or bug?
P.S. Verified on vanilla AEM6.1.SP1
