Adobe ACE Certificate Registration

Hi all, i recently took AEM Exam and got Certificate. I also received ACE Certificate through email from Adobe Education Certification (certification@educationcerts.com). Email states "Now that you have proven your expertise by passing your exam, we’d like to welcome you to the Adobe Certified portal. Please visit our web site, https://i7lp.integral7.com/durango/do/login?ownername=adobe&channel=adobe&basechannel=prometric where you can get the latest exam information, check and update your profile and download the ACE logo for use on your business cards and other promotional materials."

As i dont have account in Adobe Certified Portal, i tried to create new by clicking on link "New Account Creation" but that link takes me to Forgot Password Page.

Any other way to register in Adobe Certified Portal and download ACE logso?

We are in the process of moving over to a new exam delivery vendor and a new credential management tool (that is the “portal” that is listed below – that’s where people can go and see their certifications and download logos, etc.).
