Adding a attachment along with the comment in AEM workflow steps.

I have a requirement where the participant of the workflow has to provide with the ability to attach documents along with the comments and the same can be downloaded/retrieved at the later stage of the workflow.

Any suggestion on how to achieve this will be helpful.
