DPS is now became a part of Adobe Experience Manage Mobile as on-Demand services, which are a subset of the entire Experience Manager Mobile solution. This wont gives access to other components or capabilities of AEM if you are not entitled for them. Please see What's new in Experience Manager Mobile.
