Web App Viewer doesnt seem to be updating

Has anyone run into this issue before?  I have been trying to design the "web app" experience but I can't seem to get it to update.  I have "published" all the content that is supposed to be there... but nothing changes.

any ideas?

I guess this behaviour could be explained if we had a service degradation but we haven't had any notification or Engineering reports for any issues recently.

I just tested in my own Web Viewer after updating the card image as well as the content for one article + published a brand new article as well. It came up on the Web Viewer in under a minute.

Maybe try and resubmit the Web Viewer to see if that helps as a first step.
