Trial period problems

I signed up to a DPS training course in London recently where I was told prior to starting that it was in my interested to sign up to the DPS trial. I then find out on the course that DPS is being replaced shortly, and then it seems we really had no cause to sign up to the trial as we didn't use any of the online features. The school offered a free upgrade course in AEMM a month later as compensation for doing essentially a redundant course, but by this point my trial period - despite being switched over to AEMM automatically - was set to expire mere days later.

Clearly I would ideally like to have my trial period renewed, as I've had no time to apply what I've learned on the course into practice at my actual job, where I use my Adobe ID and where I would like to try and sell the notion that doing publications digitally has some merit. I'm aware that this may be a tricky thing to cause happen, but even attempting to sign up to a trial using an entirely new address - albeit one with no paid-for Adobe applications - seems impossible. When I click on "Request demo", the page seems to try to load and then drops me off at the Adobe.com.uk home page.

Am I doing something wrong? I've tried it now in Chrome and Safari...
