Safari not displaying articles properly

When I load the content in a Safari browser (11.0.2) it doesn't appear correctly (none of the styles are loading). Anyone else having these same problems?

Loading the same content in Chrome looks like this:

Sounds like css not recognized.   Chech the content type header for css.
