Issue creating collection after DPS migration

I'm unable to create a new collection in a project. I was able to prior to performing a DPS migration. I'm still able to create new collections in other projects. Have tried multiple browsers. Based on the error revealed in inspector we have tried saving, resaving, republishing all of our layout templates and creating ew ones to no avail. Please advise.

This seems like a problem with the project. I suggest you call technical support. Support information appears on the "Support" tab in the left rail when you sign in using an Admin account.
