I recently submitted my app to Apple for approval and it was rejected, this time because the binary allows a feature to restore "previously purchased In-App Purchase products"; however, in iTunes Connect I have something setup in the In-App Purchases, and the price of the app is set to free.

Here is the message from apple:

Restoring In-App Purchase

We found that your app includes a feature to restore previously purchased In-App Purchase products.

It would be appropriate to revise your binary to remove this feature.

For more information about In-App Purchase "purchasability types," please refer to the In-App Purchase Configuration Guide for iTunes Connect

Below are two screenshots they sent me of the problem.

Are you saying that your app does not have any in-app purchasing set up? If so, I would suggest rebuilding your app. The last release of DPS 2015 included  fix that suppresses the "Restore Purchase" option if the app does not offer purchases. See these bug fix release notes: https://helpx.adobe.com/digital-publishing-solution/release-note/bug-fix-release-notes.html

Nathan,

I am having trouble uploading the new version of my app to iTunes Connect through the Application Loader. I will attach a screenshot of the error report. It seems to be something with the versioning of the app on itunes connect, but I don't believe I have any control over that when I am just trying to upload a new version.
