Entitlement iPhone / iPad

We have just launched an app and Direct Entitlement is working through the iPad app, but not through the iPhone. The iPhone message states there is a problem contacted the server.

Any suggestions?

You should contact enterprise support for assistance with this. Are you using DPS or DPS 2015?
