Content download failed - DPS2015 applications

Hello

The download service for DPS2015 applications just stop, in this morning.

I have two application, available in Apple Store and Google Play, and both of them returns a "download failed" message for any content.

Yesterday, everything was working fine.

I already check my internet connection. In DPS STATUS PAGE all the services appears functional.

My DPS2014 application are working fine.

The problem occours just in DPS2015 applications.

I appreciate any help.

this is a production issue. The forum is not the best platform to resolve this.

If you are still facing this, please check the Support tab in the dashboard to find the relevant contact details.

I've seen no such reports from other customers.

Please make sure all content is up-to-date in the dashboard .. as well as the Layout Templates you are using. If that doesn't help, you'll need to get in touch with Support.

Cristophe, thanks for your help.

I´m sorry, my intent was just to discover if this situation is happening with someone else.

The problem still persists, with high instability. My internet connection it's perfect. I have no reason to believe that this is happening only with my account, and that's why I´m asking the community.
