Cant log onto content viewer on ipad

Hi all,

Subject explains it all really.

In short I signed up a least a year ago, I can log into my account from my laptop, but cant with iPad.

When i try on iPad I receive an "Authentication failed" Message.

to recap, I can log in to Adobe with ID and password.

Driving me nuts!

Would love some assistance!

Hi Jared, 

When you refer to content viewer on iPad are you referring to the AEM Preflight App?  Are you trying to log in via that?

Thanks for the reply, not sure what you mean? Its Adobe content viewer.

I thought the Adobe Content Viewer was a thing of the past! That was the old testing viewer for DPS. When the new In Design came out in 2017, the Digital Publishing features didn't work with individual articles anymore. It's likely that iOS didn't support that old viewer when updates came out, or Adobe never bothered updating it to be supported on the new iOS.  If you are signed up for AEM, you should be able to create your own preflight app for iOS.
