Hi,
I asked a while ago for an Analytic essential account through DPS2015 dashboard.
Few days later I received an email from support (in german!) telling me my request was close but no company/username/password was in it.
Now the button for the same demand is disable in DPS2015 dashboard.
Could you please tell me how to access to my analytic credentials ?

same thing happened to us, request credential and got and answer with case closed but without company name.
