Allow administrators to create API keys to use to authenticate with Download Center. This feature would also include an API to download from Download Center. This would improve security for customers, as they do not have to maintain the security of downloaded items.
Use-case:
Be able to download via an automated process without authenticating with individual user credentials
Current/Experienced Behavior:
Download Center requires an interactive login
Improved/Expected Behavior:
Download via automated processes, such as shell scripts using curl
