AEM Asset Checkout doesn't lock metadata

Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary:	Checking out an asset will also lock the metadata from being edited by other users
Use-case:	Prevent multiple users from editing the same asset including asset's metadata
Current/Experienced Behavior:	Check out an asset, another user can update the metadata for the checked out asset
Improved/Expected Behavior:	Check out an asset, another user can't update the metadata for the checked out asset
