I don't see the ability to target a workspace start point anywhere in the properties of the start point or elsewhere. It could be that I am simply missing it and my internet searches aren't showing me the way. Is it possible with AEM Forms 6.2 to create a process with a Workspace Start Point and make it so only specific Workspace users can see the start point in Workspace? Specifically I would like to use an Active Directory group to control access.

Thanks!

Hi,

Unfortunately, it's currently not possible.

kwood_mn - Please refer Mark's solution. That works.

I apologize for the misinformation.

Regards,

Rahul

Using the Admin UI on the server, locate the service definition for your process

Home>Services>Applications and Services>Service Management

At the bottom of the Security Tab, add the group you want to have access using the Add Principal button.

Grant them Invoke-Perm and Read-Perm permissions

Be sure to save your changes.

Members of the group should be the only ones to access your start point.

Good Luck

Mark

Thanks for the confirmation that it is currently not possible Bhardwaj. That is what I suspected from my research but, I just wanted some confirmation.
