Hi Team,

We are facing an issue during an installation of AEM forms  on JEE  as mentioned in the link (https://helpx.adobe.com/pdf/aem-forms/6-3/install-turnkey.pdf ), we are unable to login to admin console ( http://localhost:8080/adminui ), It redirects to login screen after entering the username and password as shown below:

Also  on click of other workspace url ( http://localhost:8080/lc/content/ws )​   It displays to contact system administrator., Any idea why we are facing this behaviour ??

Lets' start with adminui first, Can you please attach the server logs when the login fails for adminUI. Please clear cache and cookies or use incognito tab to log in and then capture the logs.

If it's a new install please try to share LCM logs as well from C:\Adobe\Adobe_Experience_Manager_forms\configurationManager\log

Thanks for your response,

We are now able to login to admin ui via the localhost, but not with the hostname/ external url ,Also same issue for accessing CRX able to login using localhost and not with external url, Ialso tried to whitelist my IP in the admin console ( http:localhost:8080/adminui ) Home >Settings >User Management >Configured Allowed Referer URL's and restarted the server, But When I tried access via the external url/hostname I receiving the

Status Code:

403 Forbidden with error Please contact your System administrator.

You need to restart the server post this change. Have you restarted the server?
