Error when converting PPT/PPTX to PDF on AEM 6.4. Other file types work

Hello,

I have AEM 6.4 installed together with Office 2016 on Windows Server 2016, and I am facing a problem when trying to generate PDF from PPT/PPTX. AEM fails with below error message:

Error appears only for PPT/PPTX. Word and Excel files are converted without any problems.

I already ran SRT Tool - LiveCycle PDF Generator ES2 System Readiness Tool (SRT) | Adobe LiveCycle Blog

And performed steps listed here - Troubleshoot AEM Forms PDFG Conversion

It helped with Word and Excel PDF generation, but PowerPoint is still not working.

Any help would be much appreciated.

can you please attach the server logs error snippet from the point when you invoke the pdf service?

Reinstall of Adobe Acrobat DC seems to fix the issue, probably update related as after installing base version it works fine.
