Draft save an adaptive form to a XML and prepopulate it next time when opened

Hi All,

I am new to AEM and currently working on creating adpative forms.

If the user wants to save the entered data as a draft and come back later to fill the rest of the fields in that case I need to save the data entered by the user to an XML and when the user opens the form next time these stored data should be displayed to the User.

Please help me with the steps that I would need to achieve the same.

Did you try Form Portal draft component mentioned at [0]?

Hi,

we dont need a landing page to show the customer the last saved drafts. as soon as user clicks on the link from his email or logs in to his account we have to verify the credentials and pull the prefilled form and display to user.

So draft component is not helping here.

Please help me know if i can save the draft to an xml and pull it back to prepopulate the data.
