custom Widget/component

I am looking for documentation to create a custom widget/component with field values to use in AEM Form

the only doc's I am finding is for AEM.

What you trying to do - create a custom component for use in a form? A component built for a typical AEM site will work for AEM forms - they are all sling resources.

I am trying to create a custom biometric component. So i duplicated the scribble component.

Added a second image field , Have the image displayed from the biometrics device. but when i submit the form to a livecycle process then the data from the image is not part of the xml that is submitted.

How do a add an image and then bind that object's src component to the data that get's submitted.
