AEM Forms & Adobe Sign Integration

Avatar

Hi,

I am trying to integrate Adobe sign and AEM Forms. Following the steps at the following link Adobe Experience Manager Help | Integrate Adobe Sign with AEM Forms

But, I don't see the option "All the users, anonymous or logged in, can preview attachments, verify and sign forms" at step 12 of the article in my AEM instance.

Could someone look into this and suggest me what are my next steps?

I think I see.

the wording is slightly different in the documentation from what is actually in the bundle configutation..

the actual wording is "All users -All the users, anonymous, or logged in, can preview attachments, and use 'Verify Step' in forms"

the text in step 12 says "All users - All the users, anonymous or logged in, can preview attachments, verify and sign forms".

This is the option to pick at step 12.

Is that what you mean?

Hi AJay,

What's your AEM forms version and what all options do you see?

Yes. the steps are different depending on your Forms version. So, in this case it appears you are following documentation targeted for 6.4. Is your version below 6.4, say 6.3, for example?

In the Allow field, select All users - All the users, anonymous or logged in, can preview attachments, verify and sign forms, and click Save. Author instance is configured to use Adobe Sign.

This setting is valid for the Forms Common Configuration Service in version 6.4.

thanks,

I am using AEM 6.4.0 and I see the following options:

1678442_pastedImage_1.png

1678444_pastedImage_2.png

Also, I have installed the following package into my AEM instance. AEM-FORMS-6.4-WIN-5.0.86

Thanks,
