AEM Forms 6.1 Store Content Action

Hi,

I created an Adaptive AEM 6.1 Form and tried to configure Submit Action,

Wanted to select Store Content Action and the JCR path for storage.

But, in  the Action Configuration, I  don't see a way of configuring the JCR Path. (Attached screen shot).

Tried many templates in the Geometrixx Gov, shipped out of box with the same result.

Please suggest.
