Can anyone advise if Touch UI must be configured/enabled to use Forms Light in AEM 6.2 - Or can I just use Forms Light OOTB?  Thanks.

What do you mean AEM Forms Light, I'm not familiar with this as any Adobe AEM Product.  If you're referring to the forms capability bundled with AEM then it is touch enabled.
