All of the material I have seen indicates that AEM is strictly for digital collaboration workflows (ie. websites, mobile, etc.). Is there the ability within AEM to collaborate between multiple users with content and images from the DAM (the same way you would with sites for digital content) on an Adobe InDesign document that is being created for traditional print?
Typically - AEM support for asset collaboration - ie, different users can approve it - is done via workflows. There is no DAM functionality to approve assets without the use of workflows.
So it is not possible to edit an InDesign document actively in AEM as you can with websites using the Sites module?
Edit workflows (first thought you were looking more at approving use cases - which is workflows) - yes - there is Creative Cloud and AEM integration. We just ran an Ask the AEM Community Experts webinar on this.
Hope this helps...
