Image Rendition issue for using Bulk Workflow

I have executing image rendition workflow model using Bulk workflow Manager, and i have observed that few of the images are not creating renditions.

   I am using below  SQL2 query –

SELECT * FROM [nt:base] WHERE ISDESCENDANTNODE('/content/dam/projectName/offers/2016/') AND [jcr:primaryType]='dam:Asset'
