[AEM 6.1] Issues with Partial search in DAM - Inconsistent Results

Hi All,

We are seeing issues with partial search in DAM while using '*' along with any keyword?

This is on AEM 6.1 with SP1. Search results are inconsistent, they are displayed to few users but not to others.. All these users are added to DAM Users group.

Any pointers on what could be the issue?

I am unable to reproduce this issue on 6.1 CFP12 which is the latest release for 6.1. I created few users and assigned them to dam-users group. I tried to search using a '*' under full text search and observed that all users got same search results.

Please let us know if we missed something.
