report builder user login unsuccessful

i can't sign in to report builder. it's not a credentials issue and it's been going on since yesterday am. can anyone help?

Hi,

I cannot sign in to report builder 5.0, either.
I delete previous version, and reboot PC twice, but it change nothing.

When I type my ID, PW and click "Sign in", then my excel freezes.
...sigh
