Missing Chat Transcript

Where is my chat transcript from 2 days ago. While on chat w/a marketing person, he assured me that I would get a transcript of our chat. But it never showed up. How do I find it?

I'm not sure where I was when I found the Chat connection to sales. I was looking for information re Premiere Pro fees on the cloud. I've been using the program since 1999 or 2000 with practically every upgrade to v5.5., but may have to get a new Mac.
