loaded Elements 11 on my Laptop and all worked OK. However I wanted to change a lot of photos so I deleted multiple Photos from the catalogue at the same time. Since then when I try to load Elements, the Organiser freezes, but the Editor works ok.

I loaded Elements 11 on my Laptop and all worked OK.  However I wanted to change a lot of photos so I deleted multiple Photos from the catalogue at the same time.  Since then when I try to load Elements, the Organiser freezes, but the Editor works ok. I am set up as the administrator on the laptop.

I have followed the faulting finding procedures in the Forum and have found that when I have set up a new account on the Laptop Elements 11 loads correctly in that account both using user and administrator privileges.  The fault finding guide suggests I see the administrator after going this far, but I have no one to turn to.  Help please how to I sort this problem out?
