Anyone else stoked about the CXM Playbook? I know I personally talk to customers all the time that are looking for something exactly like this. It was awesome to have our new EVP & GM, Anil, introduce it to everyone and to be backed up by the one and only Tom Brady! Like him or hate him he's one of the greats in the sport and understands how important having a playbook is.
