I am receiving email reports from adobe-info.com but have been unable to download any of them.
The instructions say to fill out a form but the form never shows up.
Is anyone else having this problem?

This may be a browser issue. Could you try clearing your cookies and cache/ using a different browser?
Please let me know if the problem persists.
After I click the download button I get a new page with the same screen image and no form to fill out. The new screen image when clicked is unresponsive,
