Support access for AEM & Campaign

With the Neolane and Daycare support moving over to Experience Cloud portal on May 11, can you tell me if you have provided a way for users to have access to the support portal without being an Experience Cloud Admin?

Right now to access the Support Portal you need full admin rights to the Admin Console and this will lock out most of our Neolane support users.
