Dear Community Manager,

Currently, i am using my official id to login adobe forum but soon i am resinging from the current organization, once i releived i would not be able to use the current email id to communicate or to receive any email from forum, but still i would like to contribute/learn from here. It will be good if we can use secondary email to login and receive updates.

Regards,

Hi Kumararaja,

Thank you for your continued commitment to the community. Can you send me a private message with the email address that you plan to log in with going forward? I'm going to chat with a few other community managers to see how we might be able to migrate your community profile over to a new email address.

Thanks,

Jantzen

Hi Kumarararaja,

Is your login tied to an Adobe ID or an Enterprise ID?

If the login in an Adobe ID, you should be able to visit account.adobe.com -> edit your profile -> change primary email address.

If your login is tied to an Enterprise ID, I don't believe we can migrate your user since the login is owned by your organization. If this is the case, you can always create a new Adobe ID (free for anyone to create) and continue participating on the forums. Unfortunately you would be starting over with points, subscriptions, & notifications.

Thanks,
Jantzen

Seems my account associated with Adobe ID however i could not change the mail, please refer the screen capture above.

I have submitted a request to adobe to delete the account associated with kumararaja.k@hotmail.com. hope i can set here once it gets deleted.

Sorry for the delay. Yes, if you already have an Adobe ID with that email you'd need to either delete that ID or use an email that doesn't already have an Adobe ID associated with it.

Jantzen_b, how does one delete the initial ID?  I have a similar issue where I want to switch from one email to another but the email I wish to change to has been used previously.  Can you help?
