Segments doesn't appear in list of Data Warehouse request window

Hi,

I would like to get data of 2 data files from data warehouse.
I set 2 segments, but one of it doesn't appear in the list of data warehouse request window.

I think there is some problem to use it with Data warehouse.
How should I check it?

Hi Tomo,

Some segment options in Analytics aren't compatible with Data Warehouse. If the segment isn't compatible it won't appear in the list. There is a list of what is is compatible here:

https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/analytics/segment/seg_compatibility.html

Let me know if that isn't the case.

Cheers,

Tacia

Hi, Tacia

Thanks for replying.
The segment has "Excludes" condition.
If I change the segment more simply, is there possibility to use it with Data Warehouse?
If you know how to get "low-traffic" data, please reply to this message.

If you re-work the segment to include instead of excludes it would work in Data Warehouse. To view anything that gets bucketed into 'low traffic' you can pull the variable by itself. That would return all variables regardless of whether or not it was over the limit for the month.

Tacia,

Thanks for replying.
Did you mean that I can see all data of 'low-traffic' when I set  dates shorter than previous condition?
But I need to get all unique user code who did not access that page after September.

If you pull a variable in data warehouse with no segment it will show all values including 'low traffic'. For more information on when and why low traffic appears in reports check out the article here: adobe.ly/1RGU1M1. In the case you are describing, if you create a segment for 'does not contain' page X the segment will be available in Data Warehouse. That should get what you are looking for.
