Since your question isn't related to an Adobe product, you may not get much support on this community. Our community is focused on Adobe solutions rather than general programming questions. I'd suggest reposting your question on a programing community like Stack Overflow. I think you'll find their community better suited to answer your question.

Is this a question around tracking an upload or a question on how to implement that on your site? If it's an implementation question, are you using Adobe Experience Manager?

This is implementation question using code in Apache flex. I need to create a video timeline. When we upload video and play, timeline should sync time with it.

Is there a particular Adobe product that your question is related to or is it just a general coding question?
