Device ID Reporting

Hi All,

I'm throwing this out there to see if anyone has knowledge of if this is at possible.

I'm trying to build a solution that recognizes a device that is consuming various digital assets, Apps/Websites that are belong to the one org.

Not all of these are authenticated, so I was hoping that someone has in the past been able to consume either a:

Google Advertising ID:

https://developer.android.com/google/play-services/id.html   

IOS IFA

https://developer.apple.com/library/ios/documentation/AdSupport/Reference/ASIdentifierManager_Ref/in...

Essentially I want to consume this as variable on either App or Website, App appears easy for it to collect as it's built into the SDK framework, yet consuming from a Device using a web page less the SDK is that at all possible?

If you have done this I'd like to hear about it, or an alternate method.
