Hi,

I would like to understand if there is any way i can see how offer creation works in Adobe Marketing cloud? I need to understand if we can create standard offer template with various user defined attributes that can be used while creating a new offer and for targetting.

To add to Shekhar's response above you could also refer to Adobe Target which provides the features you're looking for. To begin with you can refer to how targeting is done with Adobe Target Standard here.
