I have a user who is using BAAAM on a Windows 10, 64 bit machine, running Office 2016 32 bit. In Excel, he is getting this error from the BAAAM Add-in:
"Compiler error in hidden encoder"
The same file runs properly on another user's machine, running Windows 7 64 bit and Office 2016 32 bit. (We use 32 bit Office standard, from recommendations from Microsoft.)
I do not know the version of BAAAM he has, but I am trying to find out.
Has anyone experienced this error?

Hi,
I was able to connect with one of our AAM support agents. He indicated that that error is sometimes caused by an older version of the BAAAM file. He recommended updating the file using this documentation. If that doesn't work, try opening a ticket via amsupport@adobe.com
