Is it possible to specify the cloud for AMC products installation?

Could I say that all the products should be installed in IBM cloud?

No, each cloud services vendor has different infrastructure and architecture. Adobe is constantly looking at each of the cloud services vendors offerings and evaluating what is best for our customers.
