'Adobe Campaign' product missing in 'Adobe Marketing Cloud' brand

Hi Team,

I am trying to access 'Adobe Marketing Cloud' brand using my Adobe ID in URL - https://login.marketing.adobe.com/content/mac/default/tools/accountslinking.html.

But product 'Adobe Campaign' is not available for my Adobe ID.

Please find the attachment for the same and suggest me the solution for this.

Hi Akanksha,

Are you sure that your company has Adobe Campaign solution ?. If yes,  then your company has not been fully provisioned for the Marketing Cloud.

Please Contact Adobe Support (clientcare@adobe.com)  for the same if you are a supported user else you  if are not a supported user you can ask some other supported user to contact Adobe Support.

Hi Akanksha,

It happens when you don't have access to adobe campaign with your Adobe ID or you are using a on premise adobe campaign solution. Check with your Campaign admin.
