500 Internal Error

I'm currently receiving a "500 Internal Error" when trying to use my Creative Cloud ID to log into Experience Cloud in order to migrate current Analytics users over to the Experience Cloud. According to several posts I'm able to contact clientcare@adobe.com and have them map my ID. My question is I have an Adobe Analytics login as well as a Creative Cloud login. Which ID do I want them to map?

Your Cloud ID should be the one you should be using.

Let me know if you continue to have issues so I can jump in and have a look.

Thanks Kerry. We have tried both and still get the error. We have 27 total users and so far many have already been able to migrate over using their Adobe ID or Cloud ID without an issue. Can I message you in private the info.
