I am looking at some of the overview metrics in our mobile marketing site. When I select data for the last week, it shows a Total Session Length of 24.63 minutes and number of Users is 3,757. With so many users one would expect a much higher Total Session Length. Unless users install the app, open it, never use it and close or put it in the back ground immediately.
However....the Average Session Length is mentioned as 2.23 minutes. But if I multiply Average Session Length by number of Users (as each User is at least 1 session), the Total Session Length should be nearer to (2.23 * 3,757 😃 8,378 minutes (~139 hours), not 24.63 minutes.
Is it possible the Users is misinterpreted ? Could these users have logged in last week, session has been closed (causing low Total Session Length), but Adobe still counts them as a User ?
