Simple request: replicate the iPhone code best practices library:

http://blogs.omniture.com/2011/11/03/ios-app-measurement-updates-for-ios-5-and-udid/

- to other mobile SDKs. Makes life a lot easier for my developers (and me Smiley Happy)

Thanks !

Hi Chris - just cleaning up some old ideas in the mobile category and this one we implemented July 2012. iOS, Android, Win8, WP8, and OSX are all at parity for Lifecycle metrics (formerly known as Best Practices metrics). The metrics are now automatically sent in as context data and a simple configuration in SC admin console saves them to system variables so custom variables do not need to be used for them anymore.
