Hello
For a little while I've observed that for some users mobile carrier name and launch number are None or Unknown. I don't set directly this values, I presume it's set by the ADBMobile framework. I'm using the latest version of the iOS library (4.13.2). These values exceed the number of current unique users.
Is there any way to browse those hits before the processing or debug this problem other way? Using Bloodhound tool does not help either.
