For debugging the tracking code on websites I use tools like the Adobe Debugger or http fox or Observepoint and the like. Is there soemthing similar for debugging the tracking code on native apps?
You should try Bloodhoud here are some more details about this https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/mobile/bloodhound_win_2x/
Hope that helps.

You can use Fiddler (http://www.telerik.com/fiddler) or Charles (http://www.charlesproxy.com) to debug Android/iPhone apps tracking in Windows PC
Yes that's the one, it will help in debugging the Adobe Image request from mobile apps, you can also use charles which will help as wlel.
Let me know if you have questions.
I'm not sure, but I guess you mean this one: https://github.com/Adobe-Marketing-Cloud/mobile-services/releases/tag/Bloodhound-v2.1-OSX ?
