Maybe I missed a communication on this, but I had no idea you had an "ideas" exchange until today.
My suggestion is to tell your clients about such tools and features such as this in a more impactful manner.

Unfortunately, having ideas posted to Twitter wouldn't address the fact that as a daily user of Omniture for >12 months I had no idea that there was an ideas exchange. Omniture's marketing communications need to change.
Agreed, this is fairly new and was just announced at the Summit so it is still rolling out and being refined.
