Single Sign On (SSO) complete redesign

We tried to use Marketing Cloud SSO for our company.

In our company we have dozens of domains (e.g. country domains).

 

We faced following problems with existing Marketing Cloud SSO process:

1. Hard to configure

Claim each used domain, configure Active Directory on our end PER domain (n times).

This makes it unmaintainable.

 

2. Performance

Login with SSO process is very slow.

Makes it uncomfortable for the user.

 

3. User Interface

We saw cases where a screen was shown to the user during the login process that implied the user would need to enter something. In fact the user just had to wait.

Unclear user interface again makes the process uncomfortable for the user.

 

From our point of view the existing SSO process of Adobe is not usable for bigger companies.

We had to stop integration of this process.

 

So please completely redesign this process.
