There was an incident where the Search Engines were paused by mistake.
It's such an easy thing to do. Click on the search engines and then click pause. I'm suggesting that a dialogue box pop up to confirm this action. It could say, 'do you want to proceed with this action?' or something to that affect.
I'm sure there are other applications where this sort of double check could be used.
